Refund policy
At Aravii, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
We only consider replacement requests in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items

You must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product
- Order details or proof of purchase
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement. Refunds will only be given if the product is out of stock or replacement is not possible.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Color differences
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Sarees and dresses once delivered
Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
Customers are advised to check product details carefully before placing an order.
